Topic 2

Designing A Winning Strategy

Focusing on the architecture of change, this session guides participants through the process of establishing a solid change strategy. Attendees will explore the definition of key roles and responsibilities, optimizing team structures, conducting critical assessments, and defining data-driven metrics by which to measure success.

Topic 3

Strategic Stakeholder Management

Effective change management necessitates understanding and engaging with stakeholders. In this session, participants will learn how to identify critical stakeholders, explore the stakeholder engagement lifecycle, learn techniques for mapping and prioritizing stakeholders, and defining success metrics.

Topic 4

Understanding Change Impact

This session delves into the intricacies of change impacts, guiding participants through the process of conducting impact assessments and analysis. Special attention will be given to data analysis and understanding the pivotal role of impact outcomes in the broader context of change initiatives.

Topic 5

Rallying Change Advocates

Recognizing the power of change advocates, this session explores their roles and responsibilities. By the end of this session, participants will be equipped to harness the influential force of change advocates within their organization.

Topic 6

Training For Success

With the changing landscape, training becomes a critical component of successful change management. Participants will explore both informal and formal training methods, culminating in an understanding of a comprehensive learning model for skill development and effective measurement.

Topic 7

Sustainment & Adoption Planning

The final session concentrates on sustaining change and ensuring its adoption throughout the organization. The session will emphasize continuous support, reinforcement, and data-driven analysis, enabling organizations to embed change successfully into their culture.
